Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive to support our talent acquisition operations. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment activities, coordinate interviews, maintain candidate databases, and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting to onboarding.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, universities, and professional networks.
- Conduct resume screening and initial candidate shortlisting.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the ATS / database.
- Conduct pre-screening calls and basic interviews when required.
- Support employer branding by engaging on social media platforms.
- Assist in salary discussions, offer letters, and joining formalities.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Provide recruitment reports and analytics as required.
- Support internship programs, campus drives, and recruitment campaigns.
- Stay updated on hiring trends and industry demands.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3-6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (Fresh graduates with strong internship/HR exposure are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Knowledge of recruitment tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS platforms.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of technical roles is a plus.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
