Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business growth plans.
- Forecast manpower requirements in collaboration with department heads and management.
- Build a robust talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
- Strengthen employer branding through innovative sourcing and engagement initiatives. Recruitment Operations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Ensure recruitment turnaround times are met for all open positions.
- Utilize job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks for talent sourcing.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with business leaders to understand role requirements, team structures, and hiring priorities.
- Regularly update management on recruitment status, challenges, and hiring metrics.
- Coordinate with HR Operations and Admin teams to ensure smooth onboarding and induction.
Data, Analytics & Compliance
- Maintain and track recruitment dashboards, position trackers, and hiring analytics.
- Monitor recruitment costs and optimize sourcing channels.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, company standards, and labor regulations. Vendor & Employer Branding
- Manage external recruitment agencies, consultants, and job boards.
- Represent the company at job fairs, campus drives, and professional events.
- Support internal communication and employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- 7–12 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in oil & gas, EPC, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.
- Proven track record in handling bulk, niche, and leadership hiring.
- Proficiency in ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Excel-based reporting
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
