*Key Responsibilities:*

- Design recruitment strategies for field & HQ roles.

- Source, screen, interview, onboard.

- Collaborate with HODs, ZMs, RMs, AMs for staffing.

- Track KRA/KPI, manage confirmations, reports.

- Foster engagement, HR communication, employer branding.

*Requirements:*

- *Experience:* 7-10 years (pharma preferred).

- *Skills:* Recruitment, HR policies, data analysis.
