Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding
• Identify and attract top talent for medical, administrative, and aesthetic roles
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on job requirements
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring requirements
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
• Stay updated on UAE labor laws and recruitment best practices

Requirements:

• Minimum one to three years of experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in CONSTRUCTION , OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY
• Strong sourcing skills through job portals, LinkedIn, and networking
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
