Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Officer to join our Recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Recruitment Officer will play a vital role in attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the company.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions accordingly.
• Conduct background and reference checks on potential hires.
• Negotiate and prepare employment offers for selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
• Continuously improve and streamline recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Past experience in recruitment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment software.
• Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
