Responsibilities
  • Collect and categorize hiring needs from various departments to support strategic workforce planning.
  • Research and identify effective sourcing channels to attract top talent.
  • Post job vacancies on appropriate recruitment platforms to maximize candidate reach.
  • Conduct CV screening and initial phone interviews to shortlist candidates for entry-level and junior positions.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database to ensure accurate tracking of applicants and hiring statuses.
  • Execute hiring processes, including document collection, visa processing, email and system access setup, and employee records creation, in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Develop onboarding materials and conduct sessions to facilitate seamless new hire integration.
  • Generate reports on recruitment activities, analyze key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in the recruitment field.
