The Recruitment Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards and excellent candidate experience.

This is a 6-month contract role with strong potential to become permanent based on performance.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Acquisition

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for multiple UAE-based roles simultaneously.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing tools.
  • Deliver strong shortlists under tight timelines and respond promptly to urgent hiring needs.
  • Maintain and develop pipelines for frequently-recruited and priority roles.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work directly with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, role expectations, and timelines.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates, insights, and recommendations.
  • Adjust sourcing strategies quickly based on evolving business needs.

Candidate Management

  • Ensure a consistent, timely, and professional communication flow with all candidates.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, panel arrangements, and feedback consolidation.
  • Maintain accurate hiring trackers and documentation.

Onboarding Coordination

  • Support HR with pre-joining documentation and first-day arrangements for selected candidates.

Process & Quality Excellence

  • Adhere to internal job grading, salary structures, and recruitment guidelines.
  • Contribute to improving recruitment templates, workflows, and documentation.
  • Ensure all recruitment practices follow internal standards and best practices.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment (in-house or agency).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Strong sourcing experience across corporate and technical roles.
  • Previous experience in real estate or construction is an advantage.
  • LinkedIn Recruiter experience and knowledge are mandatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.
