Job Description: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Role Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can take full ownership of our recruitment strategy and execution. This role goes beyond filling positions — it requires building a scalable hiring framework, driving employer branding, and ensuring we attract and retain top talent across all functions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
Own the recruitment lifecycle: workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines (digital platforms, referrals, partnerships, events).
Establish and manage employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and define role requirements.
Implement recruitment metrics and dashboards to track performance, optimize processes, and ensure data-driven decision-making.
Manage external recruitment partners/vendors where necessary, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality outcomes.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, diversity and inclusion practices, and internal policies.
Continuously improve candidate experience through streamlined processes and clear communication.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with proven success in owning recruitment strategy and execution.
Strong expertise in sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to scale hiring processes in fast-paced, growing organizations.
Knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and diversity hiring practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,862.02 - ₹30,044.62 per month
