Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about HR practices.

Job Types: Internship, Fresher

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs25,001.00 per month
