Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about HR practices.
