You will be responsible for editing short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) in modern, high-retention formats.

• Hook-heavy structure
• Storytelling
• Trend adaptation

Key ResponsibilitiesDaily / Weekly Tasks

• Edit 1-2 reels per day (depending on workload)
• Add subtitles (auto + manual corrections)
• Add pop-up texts, graphics, emojis
• Add B-roll and stock footage
• Add sound effects
• Find relevant background music
• Follow brand guidelines for each client
• Deliver final videos in correct formats (1080x1920, 30fps/60fps)

Editing Style Requirements

• High-retention cutting
• Punchy pacing
• Clean transitions
• Fast zooms + motion
• Color correction
• Crisp audio cleaning
• Trend-based effects

Client Delivery

• Maintain consistent quality
• Meet daily/weekly deadlines
• Work closely with content team
• Follow client-specific editing styles
• Take feedback & implement quickly

Tools You Must Know

Must know at least one of these well:

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Final Cut Pro
• CapCut Desktop
• DaVinci Resolve
• VN Editor (advanced level)

Bonus if you know:

• After Effects
• Motion graphics
• Color grading
