Position Title: Regional Director of Admissions

Position Description:

The Regional Director of Admissions is organized, professional and looking for an opportunity to put management expertise and knowledge of regulatory requirements to the test. in this role you will be responsible for developing a tactical approach to the student inquiries and development, provide guidance and leadership to all Admissions team members at all campuses to meet institutional objective while managing day-to-day production, activity, and department focus. You will create plans, provide feedback, conduct daily calls and training, and partner with Campus Management to monitor compliance. Most importantly, you will ensure each campus functions at the very highest level relating to student's initial experience.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide leadership and coordination of colleges' admissions functions.
  • Develop and implement admissions strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze enrollment activity against projections and expectations.
  • Provide feedback to senior management regarding leads.
  • Establish and implement short and long range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
  • Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations.
  • Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop five year and ten year business plans for the company.
  • Development and tracking of internal marketing budget.
  • Receive, distribute, track call center leads and reconcile master sheet daily with campus communication (all locations). Determine success of call center activity.
  • Review FA flow with relations to admissions cut-off with Fafsa and ISIR. Monitor Friday cut-off and release of start list - determine and reminder to advisor to reconcile start list count.
  • Admissions controls communications of start decisions with student with input from education and FA (start meeting).
  • Coordination of events w/instructors - health, crash, promotions, HS, in-house, RSVP list.
  • Liaison for FA/Admissions difficulties - customer service, schedule bottleneck, overbooks, isolated student issues.
  • LVN orientation - coordination that all DON interview and admissions evaluation forms being monitored, completed and submitted.
  • Ensure files scanned with all documentation and provided to student services at 10 days.
  • Pre-req class communication w/advisors on daily attendance, contact and resolve all absence problems.
  • Scheduling of staff and approval of PTO or special arrangements. Emergency coverage of reception area/phone.
  • Process ADP payroll for supervised staff.
  • Lock meeting with FA/education and authorize release of ACTIVE list 2nd Wednesday of start by noon.
  • Tuesday/Friday report - executive lead and sales excel sheet completion.
  • Evaluation of system disqualified leads by advisor. Approve/Deny.
  • Misc. Enrollment contract revisions and facilitate as needed.
  • Follow up with advisors on interim text/email campaigns with results reported.
  • Spot check pace of LVN FA completions with category 1 or 2. Overall pace of LVN class enrollments.
  • Coordinate Monday trade/core orientations M-A-E as necessary with advisor and departments involved.
  • Emphasis on Friday calls to ensure Monday new student orientation attendance and RIC payment parameters.
  • Attend campus based meetings if required.
  • Coordinate any 3rd party or WIA type questions with advisor or agency counselor.
  • Awareness of ECP ratio and communication with advisors.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in business, communication, or relevant field is required; Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 7-10 years demonstrated successful leadership of sales and/or admissions teams, preferably in education.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a multi-sited environment.
  • Minimum of 3 years in proprietary education.
  • Experience in operations and budget oversight.
  • Proven ability to develop and motivate others to accomplish individual and organizational objectives including the ability to communicate a compelling vision and see it through to execution.
  • Demonstrated collaborative communication style with a proven ability to build effective relationships with other departments to accomplish objectives.
  • Highly developed and effective leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with and influence a cross functional team.
  • Previous management experience.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Previous project management experience.
  • Proven strategic sales success.

License Requirements:

Valid Driver's License.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
