Regional Maintenance Manager

Axiom Property Management has an immediate opportunity for a Regional Maintenance Lead that will be a "working supervisor” who assists with and/or completes work orders and make ready’s while training and mentoring all Maintenance and Make Ready Technicians in the completion of these tasks for our Central Region which includes properties in Mission, Shawnee, Overland Park, and Kansas City, KS.

The responsibilities of the position will primarily be the completion of work orders and make readies while DAILY developing the Region’s Maintenance and Make Ready Technicians by training them to become COMPETENT and INDEPENDENT in their abilities to execute on the skills necessary to successfully accomplish the key responsibilities of their roles on a daily basis. Additionally, they will teach and mentor methods that comply with Axiom’s safety protocols and practices. The position will also assist in the stocking and upkeep of the property shops and in performing preventative maintenance at the properties.

Note: Successful candidates will participate in providing “on-call” support for the Region’s properties and in participating in snow removal events for the Region.

*Up to $34.00/hr based on experience. Quarterly bonus opportunities, a monthly cell phone allowance, and vehicle reimbursement for days worked are provided.

Experience & Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years relevant and well-rounded experience providing maintenance support in the multi-family industry across multi properties troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, general carpentry and appliance repairs
• Experience with HVAC diagnosis and repair a plus
• Valid Driver's License
• Positive references

Pay: Up to $34.00 per hour
