Regional Manager – MBR (Trade) – West


Role Purpose:

Drive sales and achieve profitability targets for Titan Eyewear by managing distributor and dealer networks in the assigned region, ensuring high-quality service to trade partners and customers.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement trade sales strategies and annual business plans for the region.
  • Set and monitor sales targets for distributors and dealers.
  • Analyze market potential and identify opportunities for growth.


Business Performance Review

  • Track financial performance against targets.
  • Identify underperforming areas and implement corrective actions.
  • Regularly review and report on trade channel performance.

Network Expansion

  • Approve and oversee expansion into new markets and renovation of existing trade outlets.
  • Evaluate ROI for new distributor/dealer appointments.
  • Ensure execution of expansion plans as per targets.

Trade Marketing

  • Develop and approve trade marketing plans and budgets.
  • Support dealers/distributors with marketing activities, promotions, and visual merchandising.
  • Monitor effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives.

Trade Operations

  • Approve interventions to support dealers/distributors (e.g., stock realignment, local events).
  • Ensure smooth rollout of trade schemes and incentives.
  • Resolve customer complaints in coordination with relevant teams.

People Management

  • Lead a team of 7–8 Sales Officers (SOs) in the region.
  • Mentor and develop the trade sales team.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate with HR for execution.
  • Support recruitment and succession planning for key trade roles

Work Experience


Key Skills & Experience

  • 8–10 years of relevant experience in trade/channel sales, including at least 4 years in territory management.
  • Experience in leading a team, with 7–8 Sales Officers reporting directly.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical ability, and stakeholder management.
  • Customer-centric, results-driven, and effective at building relationships.
