We help high-risk and cross-border merchants access stable, reliable payment processing through our global network of PSPs, APMs, and financial institutions.

Our clients include FX brokers, crypto platforms, and fintechs that need merchant accounts, card acquiring, or treasury infrastructure.

The Role

We're seeking experienced freelancers, entrepreneurs, or existing payment agents who already operate in or around payments - whether acquiring, FX, crypto, or alternative payments - and who want to monetise their network through structured revenue share.

You'll act as a Regional Partner, identifying and onboarding PSPs, APMs, or banking partners that can serve TPP's global merchant base.

You'll also have the option to introduce merchants directly and earn additional lifetime commissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and introduce payment partners (PSPs, APMs, aggregators, or banking solutions).
• Facilitate onboarding discussions with TPP's management team.
• Optionally introduce merchants seeking card or crypto processing.
• Maintain high-level relationships within your region or niche vertical (e.g. Africa, EU, GCC, Crypto).

Compensation Model

• Partner Activations: Up to 30% of TPP's net revenue from new PSP/APM partners for the first 3 months.
• Merchant Introductions: % of TPP's net revenue for the lifetime of each merchant you onboard.
• Combined Activations: Earn for both when you manage both partner and merchant introductions.
