Role Details

They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager based in Abu Dhabi to lead growth across key markets in the Middle East, managing both direct customer relationships and partner-driven sales channels. This role requires a strategic, consultative sales leader who can develop trusted relationships, drive adoption of AI-based video solutions, and consistently exceed revenue targets in a competitive landscape.

Responsibilities
  • Drive consultative sales of Video Analytics, AI, and security solutions
  • Meet and exceed annual sales targets across the Middle East region
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline and territory strategy
  • Accurately forecast sales performance and maintain disciplined sales cadencesIdentify, engage, and convert strategic accounts across government and enterprise
  • Manage channel and distribution partners to extend market reach
  • Lead customer success initiatives to support renewals and upsells
  • Collaborate with technical, product, and marketing teams to deliver results
Requirements
  • 8+ years of enterprise tech sales experience (preferably in Video Analytics, Physical Security, or AI-driven platforms)
  • Strong understanding of video/cloud security, networking, and server infrastructure
  • Proven success managing a regional Middle East territory (UAE, KSA, Qatar, etc.)
  • Experience selling both directly and through resellers/integrators
  • Skilled negotiator with ability to present and communicate value clearly
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus
  • Relevant university degree
  • High integrity, disciplined, and resilient team player
