Description

• This position involves providing comprehensive nursing services within the Crisis Respite/Transitional Program and Intensive Case Management.
• The role is based in Brooklyn, NY, and requires a flexible 35-hour work week.
• The nurse will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support individuals with dual diagnoses, ensuring successful community integration.
  
  

Requirements

• Current New York State RN license (unrestricted).
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Experience in IDD, behavioral health, crisis care, or community health preferred.
• Familiarity with nursing regulations and program requirements.
• Strong clinical assessment and crisis intervention skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
