Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) – Flexible Schedule & Meaningful Work

We are a small, dedicated in-home care agency that truly values the nurses who represent us in the community. Our clients receive care in the comfort of their homes, and we work hard to make sure our team feels supported every step of the way. If you’re an RN who loves autonomy, meaningful work, and a flexible weekday schedule, this could be a great fit.

What the job looks like:

• You’ll work 5 days per week with a minimum of 3 hours per day with your primary client
• Additional hours are available depending on current client needs
• Your work will be split between client homes or care facilities, our office, and your own home for documentation
• Scheduling is flexible within patient needs—we work with you to create a routine that supports both sides

Pay Range:
$45–$65 per hour, depending on experience and commitment level

What you’ll be doing:

• Completing intake assessments and ongoing reassessments
• Delegating medical tasks to caregivers and ensuring they understand their responsibilities
• Managing and scheduling assessment and delegation visits
• Documenting assessments, visit notes, and care updates
• Training caregivers on procedures, equipment use, and medication management
• Creating simple, helpful educational materials for ongoing caregiver training
