Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Officer – Digital Health

Job Description:

We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Officer to ensure our digital health product meets regulatory standards for app store approval and hospital partnerships. You will manage compliance processes, regulatory submissions, and risk assessments to support product deployment in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee regulatory submissions for app stores (Apple, Google Play) and ensure compliance with digital health regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, MDR, FDA/CE).
• Manage hospital partnership compliance, including data privacy, security, and integration with clinical workflows.
• Develop and implement policies to maintain regulatory alignment and risk management.
• Collaborate with legal, product, and engineering teams to embed compliance into development and deployment.
• Stay up to date on evolving healthtech regulations and ensure continuous adherence.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or digital health policy.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, MDR, FDA/CE, ISO 13485).
• Experience with app store submission processes for health-related applications.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, legal, and hospital stakeholders.
