Job Brief:


The Relationship Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients,

understanding their needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction to support sales growth

and client retention.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with company offerings.

• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, complaints, and service support.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and high service standards.

• Assist in achieving sales targets by identifying new opportunities and upselling services.

• Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to maintain client engagement and loyalty.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales reports.

• Support marketing and promotional activities to enhance client interaction.

• Represent the company in exhibitions, events, and networking functions as needed.

• Gather market and client feedback to support product and service improvement.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office applications.

• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.


Educational Qualification:


• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a client-facing sales or relationship management role.
