Lirunex is a regulated forex and CFD broker, providing cutting-edge trading solutions and a client-first approach to traders and partners worldwide. Lirunex has been in the market for 9 years and expanding globally. We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners (IBs, affiliates, fund managers), ensuring client satisfaction, driving business growth, and promoting Lirunex's services.

Requirements:
  • 1 year or more of work experience in the Forex industry, focusing on sales and customer service, client acquisition, business development, and client retention.
  • Experience in B2B or B2C key accounts, business development, sales functions, or as a financial advisor.
  • Knowledge of Stock, Forex, Fund Management, Unit Trust, or CFDs products is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malay, both verbal and written.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a personal drive to succeed.
  • Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and deliver results consistently to meet sales targets monthly and quarterly.
  • Ability to bring humor and positivity to the team, with good multi-tasking and prioritization skills in a demanding environment.
  • Ambitious mindset with a desire to take on bigger responsibilities and learning opportunities.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and Lirunex.
  • Develop a deep understanding of partners' and traders' markets, analyze competition, and strategize for growth.
  • Build a pipeline of potential partners through social channels.
  • Ensure compliance with business, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
  • Manage existing customer relationships, coordinate issue resolution, and participate in industry and partner events.
  • Lead digital activities including content creation and customer engagement for acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
