Job Overview

We are seeking a Relationship Manager/ Client manager responsible for managing client portfolios, driving advisory engagement, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within our tax and consulting services. The role combines client relationship management and strategic business development in a professional consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the portfolios of a minimum of 250 clients across tax, accounting, and advisory services.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and high service standards.
  • Provide research-based advisory services and guidance to clients.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients while building and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal tax and finance teams to deliver accurate, compliance-driven solutions.
  • Maintain long-term relationships to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Achieve defined sales and revenue targets through proactive business development.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management, Accounting, or a related field (mandatory).
  • Experience: 2–5 years in client relationship management, account management, or business development — preferably in tax, consulting, or financial services.
  • Proven experience in upselling and referral generation within an assigned portfolio.
  • Languages: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory).
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and client-handling abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Preferred Qualifications: MBA, M.Com, Chartered Accountant (CA), or CFA.
