Job Purpose

To develop and deliver first rate sales management practices in the liability sector, whilst ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk management parameters. Develop and manage sales plan that will achieve a targeted income to contribute to the overall goals of the bank.


Key Tasks and Duties

  • Follow all audit and compliance procedures.
  • Develop new business relationships with individuals or groups.
  • Provide a superior level of customer relations and service; and ensures compliance with bank policies and procedures.
  • Develop and participate in sales management call programs.
  • Undertake ownership and full accountability for sales volumes and profitability within assigned area of business.
  • Maintain a list of allocated accounts.
  • Provide superior advice and high level of customer service to all potential and current clients as requested or planned.
  • Assess in the individual client’s needs and recommends solutions.
  • Generate reports on an ongoing basis.


Qualifications

Graduate in Banking, Finance or a related subject


Experience

Minimum 4 years in banking with ability to establish and maintain relationship role. An excellent working knowledge of banking products and marketing is required with person to person skills, planning ability, analytical and problem solving skills.
