Relationship Manager – Wealth Management (HNI/NRI)

We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager – Wealth Management to manage and grow a portfolio of High-Net-Worth (HNI) and Non-Resident Indian (NRI) clients. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in investment advisory, portfolio management, and financial planning, along with a solid understanding of UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) regulations.

This role requires a proactive professional who can deliver high-quality advisory, drive AUM growth, and build long-term relationships in a competitive financial market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI/NRI clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Provide investment advisory across asset classes including equities, fixed income, structured products, mutual funds, offshore products, and insurance solutions.
• Conduct risk profiling, develop tailored financial plans, and ensure suitability of all recommended products.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE SCA regulations, internal policies, and all regulatory requirements.
• Acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and business development strategies.
• Prepare and present portfolio reviews, performance updates, and investment recommendations.
• Achieve AUM, revenue, and sales targets consistently.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Investment Advisory.
• Proven track record managing HNI/NRI portfolios in the UAE or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of UAE SCA rules, compliance standards, and investment suitability guidelines.
• Excellent understanding of financial markets and investment products.
• Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage high-value clients with discretion and professionalism.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (professional certifications like CFA, CFP, CISI are an advantage).
