We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Credit Card and Personal Loan Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients in understanding and selecting credit card and personal loan options that meet their financial needs. You will evaluate applications, provide guidance throughout the application process, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients by answering inquiries related to credit card and personal loan products, explaining terms and conditions, and addressing concerns or complaints.
  • Product Promotion: Actively promote credit card and personal loan offerings, including special promotions and features, to both new and existing customers.
  • Application Processing: Review and assess loan and credit card applications, evaluating creditworthiness and determining eligibility based on set criteria.
  • Risk Assessment: Analyze financial information, credit reports, and other relevant data to make informed lending decisions while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation: Ensure all applications are accurately completed and all necessary documentation is collected and processed in a timely manner.
  • Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to lending and credit card issuance, ensuring compliance in all operations.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to new team members regarding credit products and loan procedures.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of applications, approvals, and denials; generate reports on loan performance and customer feedback for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in banking, finance, or a customer service role, with a focus on credit cards and personal loans, is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to evaluate credit histories and financial documents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
  • Proficiency in using financial software and CRM systems to manage customer relationships.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Consumer Credit Counselor) are a plus but not required.
