Relationship Officer

Role Summary:

Relationship officer will be responsible for Providing support in opening new business opportunities. Attract new clients by offering the company’s products and services, resolving product and service problems, accounts opening.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attracts potential clients by offering products and services.
• Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing clients’ needs.
• Submit weekly sales & communication reports to the Head of Business Development.
• Explain the company products , fees and risk.
• Full knowledge of products, fees, risk, regulations, KYC, forms and the required documents from clients.
• Submit weekly sales & communication reports to the Head of Business Development.
• Contributing in increasing the company profits though:

Achieving goals.

Search for new clients & business opportunities.

Maintains current clients.

Solving clients complains with the best solutions.

Keeping up to date with regulations send from CMA and the Company.

Costumer care & quality of serves.
