Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Officer to help expand our driving school. The role focuses on managing leads, increasing student enrollment, building partnerships, and supporting staff development to ensure excellent service and student satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on leads to maximize student enrollment.
- Track sales performance and ensure targets are consistently met.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase enrollment and revenue.
- Build and maintain partnerships with schools, companies, and community organizations.
- Promote driving programs, packages, and services to potential students and clients.
- Coach and guide employees to improve sales skills, customer service, and client relations.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Represent the school at community events, fairs, and networking activities.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and accounting teams to enhance the student experience.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Experience in business development, sales, or marketing (education/training industry preferred).
- Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Proactive and able to take initiative in driving results and solving challenges.
- Familiarity with local schools, businesses, and community organizations is a plus.
Technical Requirements
- Proficiency with CRM systems for lead and sales tracking (e.g., Zoho).
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Familiarity with communication tools such as email, messaging apps, and video conferencing platforms.
