Job Description:
Leaders Training Centre is looking for a creative and motivated Remote Intern Graphic Designer & Video Editor with 1-2 years of experience in designing visuals and editing short-form videos. The ideal candidate must be skilled in industry-standard software and capable of producing engaging 30-second reels and social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit high-quality short videos and reels for social media platforms
• Design visually appealing graphics, banners, ads, and posts
• Ensure quick turnaround on edits using raw content
• Work closely with the marketing/content teams to develop fresh ideas
• Optimize videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and web use
• Maintain brand consistency across all graphics and digital content
• Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently

Skills & Software Experience:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Strong understanding of design principles, video trends, and visual storytelling

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design & short-form video editing
• Strong portfolio showcasing reels, ads, and creative designs
• Conversational English for communication with teams in Qatar
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, collaborative attitude
