Remote Planning & Protection Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for motivated, coachable individuals to join our team as Planning & Protection Specialists. This is an entry-level position focused on helping families understand basic planning, protection options, and long-term goals. If you enjoy helping people, learning new skills, and growing in a supportive environment — this is a great opportunity.

What You’ll Do

• Help clients create simple protection and planning game plans

• Educate clients on topics like income protection, retirement basics, debt strategies, and preparing for major goals (ex: buying a home)

• Assist clients with completing applications and following through on next steps

• Attend team trainings to build communication skills, planning knowledge, and leadership habits

• Provide excellent customer service and support through calls, texts, and Zoom appointments

• Follow a proven training system to develop into a confident advisor

Requirements

• Must be comfortable speaking with clients via phone or Zoom• Must be able to obtain state-required licenses (we provide training)
