Job Summary
We seek a motivated, results-oriented Remote Salesperson to identify and contact potential clients, manage the sales pipeline, and drive conversions to meet targets. You'll work independently in this remote role while maintaining strong team communication and reporting. Ideal candidates are quick learners with excellent communication skills, experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems, and proven remote work success. Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Database Management: Enrich provided company database using company tools; maintain accuracy and updates.
- Prospecting and Outreach: Contact prospects via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to introduce services; use LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for networking and leads.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage pipeline from contact to closure for max conversions; set meetings, coordinate ground team reports on surveys, and prepare quotes.
- Client Relationship Building: Follow up to nurture leads, handle objections, negotiate, and close deals; foster long-term ties for repeats and referrals.
- Reporting and Analytics: Deliver detailed reports on activities (e.g., calls, emails, meetings, pipeline); track metrics like conversions, outreach (50-100/week), and goal progress.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with ground team and departments; join video meetings and contribute collaboratively.
- Performance Targets: Achieve monthly/quarterly targets (e.g., revenue, deals closed); monitor metrics like conversion rates and outreach, adjusting strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and offerings; adapt quickly to new tools and software.
- Additional Duties: Manage sales admin (CRM updates, client docs, forecasting); attend training and offer process feedback.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience: Proven sales background, ideally remote or B2B; required: LinkedIn Sales Navigator use, CRM expertise (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), lead enrichment, database management, reporting. Minimum 3 years in sales; active on LinkedIn.
- Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication; CRM proficiency for tracking; quick adaptation to tools, AI, automation; remote tools savvy; strong reporting/data analysis; virtual teamwork.
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, results-focused, time-efficient remotely; high integrity, persistent, positive.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Other: Reliable computer, phone, internet, quiet workspace; occasional travel for training/meetings.
