Manage follow-ups with existing clients and update renewal status accurately in the CRM (Zoho).

  • Educate clients on payment procedures, amendments, eligibility, SHAMS rules, terms, and conditions.
  • Conduct renewal follow-ups via phone and email in line with the company s Renewal Process and Business Rules.
  • Achieve monthly renewal KPI targets and maintain high conversion rates.
  • Ensure effective CRM management for renewals and maintain up-to-date client records.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of company's products and services to identify up-selling opportunities and generate additional revenue.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on renewal performance and client interactions.
  • Coordinate with the Revenue, Compliance, and Operations teams to facilitate client requests efficiently.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the renewal process.
  • Provide clients with accurate and transparent information regarding requirements and procedures.
  • Support clients in applying renewals through the online portal when needed.
  • Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with the Free Zone Authority and channel partners.
