About the Role

As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be at the heart of our customer journey. You'll bring energy, empathy and a solutions first attitude to every interaction - making travel smooth, stress free, and a little bit special.

Your day to day will include:

• Delivering premium, friendly customer service that goes above and beyond
• Seamlessly managing rental agreements from start to finish
• Answering enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
• Cleaning and preparing vehicles to the highest standards
• Supporting vehicle pick up and delivery when needed
• Selling rental upgrades and add ons to meet customer needs
• Keeping the branch clean, professional, and organised
• Pitching in across admin and operations to keep the wheels turning

What We're Looking For

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Clear, confident communication and a strong customer focus
• A proactive, can do approach - especially under pressure
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality or sales (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and admin accuracy
• A full, unrestricted driver's licence
• Solid computer skills
• Full Australian working rights
• Flexibility to work across a 7 day roster (weekends included)
