Repair Technician

Key Responsibilities1. Tool & Equipment Repair

• Diagnose issues in power tools, hand tools, electrical tools, pneumatic tools, and small machinery.
• Perform repairs, servicing, calibration, and part replacements.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and testing to ensure tools are functioning safely.

2. Customer Service & Technical Support

• Communicate with customers to understand repair issues and provide accurate quotations.
• Explain repair findings, timelines, and recommendations in a clear and professional manner.
• Address customer inquiries regarding proper tool usage and care.

3. Workshop Operations

• Maintain an organized and safe repair area.
• Manage tools, spare parts, and inventory required for repair work.
• Ensure proper documentation of all repairs, materials used, and service charges.

4. Quality & Safety Compliance

• Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures for repairs.
• Test all repaired tools before delivery to ensure safety and performance.
• Maintain compliance with store policies, manufacturer guidelines, and warranty terms.

5. Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with the store team for repair updates, parts requirements, and customer follow-ups.
• Update the system with repair status, receipts, warranty claims, and job completion reports.
• Provide feedback on recurring issues or product defects to the management.

RequirementsEducation & Experience

• Diploma or certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical field.
• 1–3 years of experience repairing power tools and hardware equipment (preferred).
• Experience with well-known brands such as Bosch, Makita, DeWalt, Hilti, etc. is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
• Knowledge of electrical safety practices.
• Familiarity with spare parts and tool components.

Soft Skills

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple repair tasks.
• Team player with a positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
