Participants: 8 members per VO (including Manager and CRP); total 24 participants (from 3–4 VOs)
Facilitator: Sindh Community Foundation (SCF) – Climate Resilience & Governance Team

Please submit your best competitive quotations as per the instructions mentioned in the TORs. The deadline for submission is 06th December 2025 (Saturday) at 17:00 hours. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
