Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Naval Architecture, or Industrial Engineering
  • Preferably 1–3 years of engineering experience in aviation, defense, automotive, or other high-engineering industries
  • Knowledge of technical requirements management, system-level requirement decomposition, and verification/validation processes
  • Proficiency in design data control and documentation workflows within product development projects
  • Willingness to work with regulations such as Airbus/Boeing standards, ETSO/TSO, CS-25 , and customer Frame Letters
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, systematic reporting, and follow-up skills
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively across disciplines
  • Proficiency in MS Office ; familiarity with ENOVIA / Polarion, AXAPTA, and PLM systems is an asset
  • Team-oriented, process-focused, with strong planning and time-management abilities
  • Good written and verbal English communication skills (preferably B2 level or above)
  • No restrictions on domestic or international travel


Job Description

  • Analyze customer requirements, technical specifications, frame letter items, and certification expectations for seat systems within Airbus and Boeing programs, and ensure proper integration into projects
  • Perform system, subsystem, and part-level requirement decomposition and establish traceability throughout the product development cycle
  • Support the planning of verification and validation activities by coordinating with design, analysis, testing, certification, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams
  • Contribute to configuration management processes by ensuring design data, revisions, and documentation flows comply with customer rules
  • Ensure the collection and documentation of verification evidence required by ETSO, CS-25, and program-specific standards
  • Provide feedback to project management and certification teams by preparing technical risk assessments, design change records, impact analyses, and traceability reports
  • Prepare technical materials for customer meetings, audits, and design reviews, and present R&I deliverables
  • Ensure accurate numbering, BOM alignment, configuration matching, and closure control of design data within ENOVIA/PLM
  • Notify project teams of new requirements, regulations, or customer notifications; analyze their impacts and support decision-making for implementation
  • Contribute to the development of corporate processes, procedures, and workflows, and take part in standardization and continuous improvement activities
