Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, analytical, and research-oriented candidate to support the Director with business research, data analysis, and decision-making insights. The role is ideal for someone with a consulting mind-set and strong data skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market & Business Research

• Conduct research on aluminium industry trends, scrap prices, competitors, and technologies.
• Prepare comprehensive research and feasibility reports.
• Identify growth opportunities through new markets, customers, and suppliers.

2. Data Creation & Analysis

• Create, update, and manage MIS sheets, dashboards, and reports.
• Analyse purchase, production, cost, and dispatch data.
• Interpret data to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.

3. Analytical & Consulting Support

• Provide insights and suggestions based on research and analysis.
• Assist in decision-making by presenting data-backed recommendations.
• Support the Director with research during vendor/customer discussions.

4. Report & Documentation

• Prepare daily/weekly research updates.
• Create presentations, summaries, and business documents.
• Maintain accurate and structured data records.

5. Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives.

• Good command over English (verbal & written)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹540,000.00 - ₹660,000.00 per year
