Research and Development Executive

About the Role:

Paradise Yatra is looking for a smart and creative R&D Executive to research destinations, develop new travel packages, analyze trends, and help improve our tour products. Ideal for someone who loves travel and enjoys creating unique customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research new domestic & international destinations
• Create and update tour packages and itineraries
• Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences
• Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, and travel vendors
• Maintain package costing sheets and prepare comparison reports
• Improve existing tour products based on feedback

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (Travel/Tourism/Business preferred)
• 1–3 years experience in travel industry (preferred)
• Strong research, communication, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of popular travel destinations
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills
