Role Overview

We are looking for a Research Associate to help us drive innovative insights, strength our data foundation, and support global development projects. You will play a vital role in enhancing data integrity, conducting research, and supporting cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Data & Research Management : Clean, verify, and expand datasets to improve accuracy and scalability.
• Process Optimization : Streamline research and data workflows to enhance efficiency and support rapid growth.
• Source Exploration : Identify, assess, and integrate new data sources to broaden AI-driven insights.
• Cross-Team Coordination : Facilitate communication between research, design, and technical teams to align objectives and deliverables.
• Research Support : Contribute to project strategies, assist in the development of templates/work plans, and support innovative deployment approaches.
• Administrative Support : Coordinate meetings, manage documentation, and ensure seamless project tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in research, data management, or coordination roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate research and technical findings into clear, accessible insights.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools and research methodologies is a plus.
