- Write research projects in the emerging area of Microbial and Environmental biotechnology
- Guide the team for the advanced analytical instruments like GC, HPLC, GC-MS and microbiology analysis
- Lead and manage research projects with delivery of milestone
- Execute the consultancy projects from industries
- Able to bring new research projects from funding agencies through national and international collaboration
- Publish high-impact research in peer-reviewed journals and patents
Experience
3 - 5 Years
Qualification
Ph.D. in Microbiology- Environmental Science- Environmental Biotechnology- or a related field from a recognized Institution.
Skills
-Strong expertise in microbial bioprocesses- bioformulation and bioremediation
-Develop stable and high-performance microbial formulations (liquid- powder- encapsulated- nano-formulations).
-Optimize shelf life- viability- and field performance of microbial products
- Experience in leading lab- pilot scale- large-scale projects and multidisciplinary research teams.
- Excellent communication- writing and stakeholder engagement skills.
