We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reservation Agent to join our team at 57 Safari. The ideal candidate will handle bookings from multiple platforms (Website, OTAs, Emails, WhatsApp), create reservations in our system, send payment requests, coordinate with the operations team, and manage agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and confirm bookings from various channels.
  • Send payment requests and follow up with clients.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for smooth service delivery.
  • Handle agreements, office tasks, and customer inquiries.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (English required, Arabic a plus).
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in booking systems and basic office software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in reservations or customer service is preferred.
