- Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, chats, and online booking requests.
- Provide clear and accurate information about availability, pricing, policies, and services.
- Assist clients with modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
- Enter reservation details accurately into the reservation or CRM system.
- Verify payment information, apply promotions, and follow company protocols for deposits and guarantees.
- Review bookings daily for accuracy and follow up on incomplete or pending reservations.
- Up-sell and cross-sell services or upgrades to optimize revenue.
- Promote relevant packages, offers, and loyalty programs.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Prepare daily reports on reservations, occupancy/availability, or sales performance as required.
- Maintain knowledge of company policies, events, pricing updates, and system changes.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in hospitality, business, or related fields preferred.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or reservations experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with reservation systems, MS Office.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, depending on business requirements.
