Key Responsibilities:

Community Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally and promptly.
  • Develop and implement community engagement initiatives to enhance resident satisfaction and foster a sense of community.
  • Monitor compliance with community rules and guidelines, ensuring harmony and adherence to regulations.

Property Maintenance & Operations:

  • Oversee the maintenance and operational aspects of the residential community, ensuring all facilities are in top condition.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of maintenance services.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and implement preventive maintenance programs.

Financial Management:

  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources for community operations.
  • Monitor expenses to ensure they align with approved budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Oversee collection processes for service fees, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Staff & Vendor Management:

  • Supervise on-site staff, providing training, performance evaluations, and daily oversight to maintain high service standards.
  • Manage contracts with external vendors and evaluate their performance to ensure optimal service quality.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with all UAE-specific laws and regulations, including RERA standards where applicable.
  • Prepare and present detailed operational reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
