Resident Engineer (Infrastructure, Utilities) - Parsons Corporation - Dubai, UAEbr>
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise field engineering and utilities construction activities.
- Lead site operations ensuring adequate staffing, schedule adherence, and technical compliance.
- Provide direction on work scope, sequencing, safety procedures, and design coordination.
- Establish and monitor field quality control measures and ensure work meets specifications.
- Coordinate with project management, contractors, and client representatives for project alignment.
- Review contractor performance, track progress, and ensure adherence to approved drawings and timelines.
- Maintain all site records, documentation, design revisions, change orders, and inspection logs.
- Oversee commissioning, NOC processes, and final project handover documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai authority standards, including DEWA, RTA, DM, and NOC procedures.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, providing engineering solutions and recommendations.
- Conduct performance evaluations, mentoring site engineers and inspectors.
- Promote a culture of safety and ensure all site activities align with project HSE plans.
