Position Summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking ambitious and results-driven Residential & Commercial Sales Agents to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals with strong sales skills and a passion for real estate. You will be responsible for managing property transactions across both residential and commercial sectors, providing expert advice, and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of residential and commercial properties
• Provide professional advice on market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate terms with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other documentation
• Stay informed about Abu Dhabi’s real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
• Build and maintain a portfolio of clients through networking and referrals
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team and company sales targets

Qualifications

• Previous experience in real estate sales (residential and/or commercial) preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s property market is an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car preferred
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Multilingual skills (English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus)
