Residential Interior Designer

Overview:

We’re looking for a Lead Residential Interior Designer who can create stunning whole-home, kitchen, and bathroom designs - Along with guiding clients with confidence, and collaborate seamlessly with our construction team. This is a leadership-track role for an A-Player who combines design excellence with strong communication, process discipline, and the ability to win client approval. What you'll do:

• Lead client consultations — uncover lifestyle needs, preferences, and vision.
• Develop and present whole-home remodel designs (kitchens, baths, living spaces).
• Produce floor plans, renderings, and mood boards
• Knowledge of various architecture & design software + tools
• Act as a trusted advisor — guiding clients through decisions and presenting designs persuasively in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to deliver seamless results.
• Stay ahead of design trends, finishes, and materials to inspire clients.
• Follow and improve company processes for design, communication, and project handoffs.
• Model team leadership, humility, and professionalism in all interactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour DOE

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
