What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose electrical issues and provide reliable, code-compliant solutions.
• Project Management: Oversee installations, upgrades, and service projects from start to finish.
• Safety & Quality: Follow all safety protocols and maintain clean, professional job sites.
• Customer Service: Communicate clearly with homeowners and deliver excellent service.
• Team Leadership: Mentor apprentices and ensure high-quality workmanship.

What We’re Looking For

• License: Texas Residential Wireman or Journeyman (required).
• Experience: 3+ years in residential electrical service with strong troubleshooting ability.
• Skills: Solid knowledge of wiring, panels, lighting, and related systems.
• Communication: Friendly, professional, and customer-focused.
• Reliability: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and dependable work habits.
• Integrity: Able to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Flexibility: Willing to take occasional on-call shifts (rotated and rewarded).
