Job Summary
We’re hiring a Field Service Technician to join our growing HVAC team. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy HVAC professional who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and working directly with customers. You’ll be the primary contact for residential service calls and replacement opportunities, with ongoing support and training to expand your skills into commercial service as well.

Responsibilities

• Respond to residential and light commercial service calls: diagnose, repair, and recommend solutions
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners and property managers
• Educate customers on system condition and replacement options as needed
• Identify and suggest system upgrades or accessory products
• Document all work clearly and accurately using mobile service software
• Attend weekly training and safety meetings
• Represent the company in a professional and trustworthy manner at all times
• Assist with seasonal start-ups, system checks, and light commercial maintenance
• Participate in an on-call rotation (after-hours/weekend work minimal and scheduled)

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience (residential required; commercial a plus)
• Strong diagnostic skills and understanding of HVAC systems and components
• Ability to communicate clearly and comfortably with homeowners
• Tech-savvy: able to use tablets, service apps, and diagnostic tools efficiently
• EPA certification required (Type II or Universal preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Professional appearance and customer-first attitude
• Willing to learn and grow into commercial service capabilities

Schedule

• Full-time
• On-call rotation shared among team members
• Local travel to job sites and homes
