Are you an experienced ResourceLink user looking for your next challenge? Our client in Welwyn Garden City is seeking a ResourceLink expert to provide vital support to their HR team on a temporary basis.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on improving HR systems and reporting capabilities. You'll play a key part in ensuring smooth system administration and delivering actionable insights through advanced reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide system administration support for ResourceLink
• Develop and enhance reporting functionality within ResourceLink
• Interrogate and interpret HR data to produce meaningful reports
• Create and update guides and training documentation for HR processes

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience with ResourceLink (system administration and reporting)
• Strong report-building skills within ResourceLink
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including data analysis and interpretation
• Ability to draft clear and concise training materials
