We're looking for an all-seeing Restaurant & Bar superstar to ensure smooth running of lip-smacking operations at A by Adina Sydney.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations to deliver high-quality guest experiences across daily service, Weddings, parties and events, including High Tea.
• Coordinate behind-the-scenes operations to keep kitchens humming 24/7, mini bars stocked and bars buzzing, with a focus on zero food waste and meaningful connection to place.
• Motivate, mentor and develop team members to support the business of creating magic and delivering job satisfaction to the team.
• Manage daily operations with attention to service standards, guest satisfaction and smooth coordination between departments.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a team leader or supervisor in a restaurant team is essential.
• Strong leadership, people-people skills and a passion for hospitality.
