Restaurant General Manager

We’re seeking a General Manager to lead a high-performing location.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including team leadership, guest satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to maximize profitability.
• Recruit, train, and develop a strong team of managers and crew members.
• Ensure operational standards and brand consistency are met across all areas.
• Drive a culture of high energy, accountability, and exceptional guest experience.
• Collaborate with corporate support teams to execute promotions, marketing, and operational initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fast-casual or quick-service environments. Multi-unit experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong operational, financial, and analytical skills.
• Passion for guest service and maintaining high operational standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
