We are hiring an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant in Riyadh. The manager will be responsible for managing and training the restaurant staff, ensuring high-quality food and service, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage staff work schedules
• Manage inventory and budgets
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Train and supervise restaurant staff
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain high standards of quality and service

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent leadership skills
• Strong understanding of Indian cuisine
• Fluency in Hindi or any other Indian language is preferred but not required
